Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo episode 24

… Huh!? Was I supposed to call this an ending? Because I can’t. What does it end? Things haven’t even begun. In fact, Mashiro and Sorata have yet to kiss. How can we accept that as an ending? I just hope that there’s going to be another season, because this was rather disappointing.

It’s like I said; nothing got ended. Sakurasou is still there, Mashiro and Sorata still haven’t got together, Misaki and Jin haven’t got married yet, and Chihiro is still hopelessly single. The only ones that made any progress are Ryuunosuke and Rita after she stole a kiss from him. At least they are making progress, unlike the rest. Jin and Misaki are going in the right direction, but the rest is barely moving forward. They’re just living in the moment, hoping that time will solve it all. Yeah… Life doesn’t work that way. You need to make your own happiness, because no one else is going to do it for you.

I was expecting a very emotional ending, when suddenly those two new character appeared. I was appalled. Two new characters during the very last episode? Absolutely not. Making one of those characters a huge pervert? Absolutely not. Forget about being slapped in the face. It’s as though a big black guy raped me in my sleep, forcing me to wake up with this burning sensation going on down there. Kill me.

I won’t discuss this any further either. There will be another season, definitely. I don’t think that anyone could consider this a proper ending for an otherwise good show. Hear me, Japan… You better give the rest of the world that well-deserved second season of Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. Otherwise I’ll have to buy a one-way plane ticket over there and mooch off of your tax payers for the rest of my life. I’ve heard about people living like that, so I can do it too!
